0.1.0-beta.4.4 / BETA
LYNXTracker Beta 4.4 - Aerolynx Design and Reliability
Native system-tray control, prepared-flight recovery, secure network settings persistence and explicit saved aircraft selection with the official Aerolynx cyan/blue-gray UI system
New Features
- Closing the Windows X button hides ACARS to a native branded notification-area icon by default; double-click to restore and right-click for Open, Flight Status, Check for Updates and Exit
- Explicit Exit confirmation during a prepared or active flight, with installer/update shutdown bypass
- Prepared flights can be checkpointed before simulator connection and recovered after application restart for the matching pilot and airline
- Remote simulator address and enablement persist across restarts; pairing key uses brand-specific Windows Credential Manager
- Aircraft picker has an explicit Save Aircraft to Bid action independent of Start Flight
- AeroLynx Website Style Guide blue-gray and cyan restyling across dashboard, login, My Bids, Flight Dispatch, settings and modal dialogs; gold reserved for highlights
- Website ACARS portal styles match AeroLynx cyan/dark-panel design; dashboard OpenStreetMap remains compact and expandable
Improvements
- Delta keeps Typical Subfleet selection and its existing map sizes; Aerolynx keeps flight-subfleet assignments with same-airline fallback
- Airline-specific accounts, recovery files, credentials and software update channels remain independent
Known Issues
- Unsigned Windows QA preview; must be signed on an authorized Windows Azure Artifact Signing machine before any public distribution
- Windows-native tray/SimConnect/X-Plane, restart recovery, pairing-key persistence and real phpVMS staging regression flights remain to be tested
- This update does not add direct VATSIM/IVAO automatic prefile form population beyond the existing pilot-review workflows
- The portal-only patch does not upgrade the phpVMS server module or its update endpoint
